Dr. Asha Subbalakshmi Musunuri is a senior Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with over 29 years of experience in managing complex gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and biliary disorders. She has performed more than 2,00,000 diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, GI bleed management, stenting, variceal band ligation, PEG, foreign body removal and bariatric endoscopic procedures. Her key areas of expertise include liver diseases, Hepatitis B & C, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatic and biliary disorders, pediatric gastroenterology and advanced therapeutic endoscopy. She also has significant experience in liver transplant care and management. Her international training includes Liver Intensive Care at King’s College Hospital, London, advanced EUS training at the University of California, San Diego, and liver transplantation training at the University of California, San Francisco.
